Who is responsible

Chismosa is a product of NinetySix Technologies LLC. This notice explains the data practices of the Chismosa website and iPhone app.

The website

The landing page does not request an account, payment, or location. Our hosting provider processes ordinary request information to deliver and secure the website. The site contains no advertising trackers.

Your account

Sign in with Apple identifies your account. Chismosa stores the Apple account identifier supplied to the app, secure session hashes, saved places, submitted preset reports, moderation records, subscription entitlements, and notification device tokens needed to provide the service. On-device sessions use the iOS Keychain.

Location

Location permission is optional and requested only while using the app. Chismosa does not continuously track background location. Saved-place coordinates stay private to your account. Community-report coordinates are rounded before storage and display.

Reports and retention

Community reports use preset observations and do not accept names, photos, or free-text allegations. Eligible reports are labeled Unconfirmed and expire two hours after observation. Chismosa removes expired authentication data and supports in-app account deletion. Provider backups may take additional time to expire under controlled retention schedules.

Purchases and your choices

Apple processes iPhone purchases; Chismosa does not receive payment-card details. You can disable notifications, delete saved places, and delete your account in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Chismosa does not sell personal information, use advertising SDKs, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
